Chronograph 1 – 1972 Limited Edition

Fifty years after the founding of the company, Porsche Design is reviving a unique timepiece, inspired by the original Chronograph I from 1972, in an exclusive limited edition. The result: a precision instrument that features a perfect symbiosis of design expertise and engineering excellence, and is as impressive today as it was back then.

The specific features of the original can be found in the timeless, puristic design of the new watch. This applies to the dial and crown as well as the clasp. The double-sided, seven-layer anti-reflective and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with hardened coating ensures optimal readability, while the hour markers glow in the dark thanks to the luminous Super-LumiNova. The strap and case are made of high-tech and high-performance titanium.

The movement is manufactured in accordance with the latest technical standards, features a Porsche Design caliber and has been certified by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC).
