Do I get a warranty on all the products that I bought in the online shop?

Warranty coverage depends on the respective product category. Detailed warranty conditions for each category are provided below.

How long is the warranty?

Warranty duration depends on the product category:

Tequipment & Classic: 2 years

Timepieces: 2 years

Sunglasses/Reading Glasses: 2 years

Luggage: 2 years

Small & Large Leather Goods: 2 years

Accessories: 2 years

Sound/Computer/Monitors: 1 year

E-Bikes: varies by manufacturer

Warranties cover manufacturer defects only and exclude wear and tear, external damage, or misuse.

How can I register my warranty claim?

If you identify a material or manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please report the issue promptly. To submit a warranty claim, contact us at aftersales@porsche-design.us and provide a description of the issue along with relevant images. For Porsche Wall Charger Connect warranty claims, please contact 1‑800‑PORSCHE or email shop@porsche.us.

How do I properly return my defective product?

Contact customerservice@porsche-design.com to obtain an RMA and return label. Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit. For freight-shipped items, we will provide carrier contact details for scheduling pickup. Please notify our Customer Service Center about a defective product before sending the item back to us.

How much does it cost to return items?

Returns are free of charge for you. The return label will be made available to you by the seller after the complaint has been registered.

What do I have to consider if I want to return a defective product outside the EU?

If you wish to return a defective product to a country outside the EU, please be aware of and comply with all local export laws and regulations.

Will the defective product be replaced or repaired?

Depending on the defect, the seller can repair or replace the product.
