Performance meets understatement.
As standard with Porsche Design, its titanium case with black bezel is lightweight and durable. The dial color ring in sporty, elegant Agate Gray Metallic is styled on the color of the vehicle's paint finish. The matt black dial ensures optimal readability, while the bright yellow chronograph hands are derived from the vehicle’s tachometer. The Chronograph 911 GT3 with Touring Package is worn on a stylish strap made of genuine Porsche vehicle leather with "GT3" embossing. The strap is finished with black decorative stitching in genuine Porsche vehicle yarn.
Top performance on the wrist.
Naturally, this chronograph variant is also equipped with the COSC-certified WERK 01.200 with flyback function. With the 911 GT3 with Touring Package, the wheels are responsible for transmitting power from the engine to the road – with the Chronograph, the key function of generating power falls to the winding rotor. And so it is only logical that this is based on the design of the vehicle’s wheels and is available in six different versions matching the various vehicle configurations. All winding rotors are completed with a central locking system straight from the sports car and a rotor cover with an elegant monochrome Porsche Crest.
Tradition meets high tech.
Since 2014, sports car and watch specialists have been working side by side at Porsche Design Timepieces AG – Porsche's own watch manufacturer in Solothurn, Switzerland – to construct new technical masterpieces with a look that is pared down to the essential. Exactly how Prof. F. A. Porsche would have wanted it to be. However, it is not just the exterior that immediately says “Porsche”. Inside, exclusive movements are at work: made with the highest precision and the latest technologies before being inserted by hand into their cases.
Porsche Design caliber WERK 01.200
The chronograph caliber with flyback function is the result of a three-year development process: start, stop and reset are combined in a single operation – with the stopwatch running, it is even easier to measure successive time intervals.
