The Porsche ID is a verified personal email address that is used as the username for My Porsche and the Porsche Online Shop. You can use the Porsche ID to log in to a range of Porsche services, websites and apps, as well as certain vehicle models.

If the password does not meet the specifications, you will not be able to continue with registration. The password must meet the following requirements:
The password must be at least 8 characters long.
The password must contain at least one uppercase letter.
The password must contain at least one number.
The password must contain at least one special character (e.g. !§$%&?!).

Your e-mail address for registration can be changed by your Porsche partner or Customer Interaction Center.
I have forgotten my password – what can I do?
You can easily reset your password or choose a passwordless login on the Porsche ID login page.
Reset your password: If you have forgotten your password, visit the Porsche ID login page. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link located below the password input field. Enter your Porsche ID (email address) and click "Continue“. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and confirm it to complete the reset process.
Log in without a password: During the registration process, you have the option to log in without a password. Select this option, and you will receive an email with a link to access your Porsche ID account. Click on the link in the email to log in to your account securely.
Can I delete my Porsche ID?
You can delete your Porsche ID account in My Porsche under Menu > Login & Security. If you delete your Porsche ID account, you will no longer have online access to your services. Your customer data saved with Porsche will be retained. If you also want your customer data to be deleted, please contact the Customer Interaction Center.
Can I change my Porsche ID?
You can easily change your Porsche ID with just a few simple steps.
Log in to your Porsche ID account using your Porsche ID and password.
Navigate to your profile and go to > Change or reset (App) or Login & Security (Web).
Here, you can update your preferred Porsche ID email address.
Make the necessary changes and save the updates to ensure your information is current.
