What is Porsche Classic Communication Management (PCCM)?
PCCM is a modern navigation and infotainment system that was specially developed for classic Porsche models. PCCM blends seamlessly into the vehicle interior with a unique, original Porsche look.
What is the difference between PCCM and PCCM Plus?
PCCM has a 3.5-inch touchscreen display and is suitable for Porsche classic cars with a small 1-DIN radio slot. PCCM Plus offers better usability with a 7-inch touchscreen display and is suitable for Porsche classic cars with a 2-DIN radio slot.
What functions do the PCCM and PCCM Plus systems offer?
All systems feature DAB+ and Apple CarPlay. PCCM Plus also offers GOOGLE® Android Auto. In addition, all systems have additional on-board navigation with Porsche-specific points of interest (POI) and route guidance in 2D or 3D format. More functions can be found in the respective product descriptions.
Which Porsche models are the systems suitable for?
The PCCM and PCCM Plus Porsche Classic Communication Management systems are suitable for all standard-production Porsche vehicles up to model year 2008 with a 1-DIN or 2-DIN slot*
PCCM (Europe) for all 911s from the F model up to the Type 993 as well as for Porsche 914, 959, 924, 928, 944 and 968.
PCCM Plus for all 911 (Type 996) and Boxster (Type 986), all vehicles up to model year 2008 of the 911 (Type 997 I), Boxster/Cayman (Type 987 I) and for the first generation Cayenne (E1)

Do PCCM and PCCM Plus offer smartphone integration such as Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?
Yes, both systems support Apple CarPlay and PCCM Plus also supports GOOGLE® Android Auto. Media can be played back via SD card, USB, AUX and Bluetooth®. In addition to the features already mentioned, Apple CarPlay can also be used for media playback, navigation and telephone calls.
Are PCCM and PCCM Plus easy to use?
Intuitive operation was a top priority during development. You can control all devices using the touchscreen display, as well as the buttons and rotary pushbutton controls. The two PCCM Plus systems from 2022 can also be operated via the multifunction steering wheel.
How do I install PCCM and PCCM Plus?
The four systems can be seamlessly integrated into the dashboard. We recommend having the installation carried out by a professional at your Porsche Classic Partner or Porsche Centre.
Where can I get the map material for my PCCM or PCCM Plus?
The associated maps are provided via an external SD card and can be ordered using part number PCG64250100 for Europe. The maps are not included in the scope of delivery for PCCM and PCCM Plus.
